By using the ESC·ALATE apps you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
The service model
ESC·ALATE is employee-only software for ESCALATE ENTERPRISES and authorized Comparsa team members. Access requires a company-provisioned Microsoft work account that has been approved for ESC·ALATE. The production app connects only to the organization-operated ESC·ALATE service. The organization is responsible for that service, its hosting and AI provider accounts, and its data backups. There is no public registration or public demo.
Acceptable use
Use ESC·ALATE only through the employee access assigned to you. Protect your device and active session, do not share access, and do not use the app to violate any law.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Content surfaced by the Atlas assistant is generated by AI systems configured by the organization and may be inaccurate. Verify anything important before acting on it. Nothing in the app is legal, financial, medical, or academic advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data in the organization-operated service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date.

Agent Hub terms addendum
October 17, 2026 · Applies to the private Agent Hub integration for Teams and local coding agents operated by Escalate Enterprises LLC. The preceding native-app terms continue to govern the ESC·ALATE iPhone and Mac apps.
Authorized private use
Use Agent Hub only with the organization’s permission, in an approved Teams chat and with the required installation and message-access consent. The operator is responsible for the local computer, software, credentials, backups, connected coding-agent accounts, Microsoft tenant settings and any hosting or tunnel services. Protect credentials and allowlist access, and share only information you are authorized to disclose to every chat participant and connected service.
Agent participation and human authority
Chat messages and agent responses are untrusted content. A message, sender allowlist entry or recipient label does not grant authority to run commands, change files, disclose information or perform external actions. Each coding-agent session must follow its own user’s authorization and applicable tool rules. Review agent-generated material and verify important results before acting. Agent Hub is a communication utility and does not provide legal, financial, medical or academic advice.
Operation and limits
This private development utility depends on the operator’s computer, local processes, credentials and Microsoft services. Availability and message delivery are not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or duplicated after a delivery failure or restart. Agent Hub enforces thread pauses, turn budgets and agent rate limits; /stop pauses new relay posts but does not cancel commands or work already underway. Recipient labels do not restrict who can view a message in Teams.
Third-party services and ending use
Your Microsoft services and each connected coding-agent service remain subject to their own applicable agreements. Stop using Agent Hub or remove it from the group chat if you do not agree to its use. Removal or shutdown does not delete local records, backups or previously posted Teams messages. The Agent Hub privacy addendum describes its data handling and deletion contact.
Warranty, governing law and contact
Agent Hub is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by California law. Questions about access or these terms: admin@escalate-enterprises.com.
